What can be returned
Unopened & unused products (with seals intact) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
Hygiene & opened items
For health and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics can't be resold, so they're not eligible for standard returns.
That said, your satisfaction matters. If a product didn't work for you, contact us within 30 days and we'll review your request. We may offer a replacement or store credit as a goodwill gesture.
Damaged or incorrect
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item.
Return shipping
UK & Domestic: Free returns on eligible items.
International: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time.
Unopened subscription deliveries follow the exact same 30-day returns policy as standard orders.
Processing refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account after we receive and process your return.
Statutory rights
Under distance selling laws, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return unopened items for a full refund, including standard delivery.
Once a hygiene seal is broken, this statutory cancellation right no longer applies.
Fair use policy
We want to be as accommodating as possible with our return policy. To keep things fair for everyone, we monitor return activity and may limit or refuse refunds in cases of repeated, excessive, or fraudulent use.
